Yep…Saturday, 7 March 2009. I drove down to Sepang Goldcoast with a potential investor who wanted to see Sepang Goldcoast. Left PJ at 11.30am and arrived in Sepang town for brunch at 12:30noon. Nope – drove like a normal human being except for some stretches where it was too difficult to resist. Nah…only 160kmh, my usual warm-up speed. On the way – bought lots of dragon fruits for myself and my children. Kinda expensive this time around probably because of the rainy season. Hmmm…thought it should be warmer than usual with no rainfall now?
Anyway – we arrived at the property about half an hour later and boy, was my investor friend amazed. The landscaping, property, show units and work-in-progress bowled the investor over.
We took a few good shots of the Garden view too. Lots of greenery, nice Balinese deco and yes – after the rain yesterday, you can be bowled over by the fragrant Frangipani sweet smell and of course, the Jasmine flowers too.
The most important thing about SGC is the people here. Ever so friendly, ever so willing to help. We met Chen Kok again, Ken – F&B department and Arwen (sales & marketing). Actually – the total investment cost is about RM600K but the initial outlay is very affordable – only about RM13k. No kidding. And the next payment is about RM49K upon signing S&P agreement.
Remember – this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a property dreamt only by others. Oh by the way – Swissbel Hotel chain will undertake to lease out your property as hotel units and the rental obtained will go towards your monthly installment payment.
Here are some photos taken of the show units. By the way – the Star (Friday 6 March) quoted TM that our internet lines are back to normal. To them I say “cut the crap”. ‘Nuff said
